Halloween Morning

I thought this picture was so funny; her tummy looks like a pumpkin- how perfect for Halloween.

Halloween

We decided it would be fun to have a family theme and since Madolyn made a good lion we went with The Wizard of Oz. With the help of Jordan's mom we put together a scarecrow and Dorothy costume for Jordan and I. We didn't do much trick or treating but we did make a round through Jordan's work to visit everyone there. No one stole our scarecrow and pumpkins this year and we did have about ten groups of trick or treaters...so I think we had an overall successful and fun Halloween.

Our Baby Lion

Madolyn makes growling noises all the time so we thought it would be fun to put her in a lion costume for Halloween. Well obviously it's not Halloween yet but I decided to dress her up to see how she looked in it ahead of time. She started out having a good old time being a lion. These pictures show the decline in her excitement.

New Teeth

October 12th- Madolyn's bottom teeth have been trying to come in for a little while. Sunday evening after coming back from Burley she and Jordan were looking in the mirror and there they were- they had finally popped through. This pic is a couple of weeks afterwards. In the top picture Madolyn decided that she would spit instead of open and eat- it splattered all over her face and she thought it was funny.

Fishing for Baby Girl

October 18th- Madolyn is daddy's new fishing buddy. We went fishing at Scofield and Madolyn spent the whole morning out on the boat without much fussing. I think she even liked it.

Random Pictures

Madolyn has been able to hold on to her knees for a while but about a month ago she finally discovered the fun of grabbing her feet

Last Weekend

We spent the weekend in Burley with my family and were lucky enough to be around for the first snow of the season. It seems a little early to get 18 inches of snow the beginning of October but it was fun anyhow.

This is our little Dr. Seuss "who" baby. I went in to get her from her nap and her hair was sticking straight up.

Sunshine

A few months ago Jordan's work held a convention and one of the ladies from Russia came over and sent him home with this yellow stuffed animal/thing for Madolyn. For friends and family who have heard it, it laughs just like a witch and so we call it scary sunshine. While it is scary to most adults, for some reason Madolyn absolutely loves it and smiles and giggles whenever it laughs.

A Whole Load of Old Wedding Pictures- May 2006

For those of you we haven't seen in a long while or who might have missed the event, we thought we would put some of our wedding pictures up from May 12th, 2006.

Ticklish Madolyn

This little girl loves being tickled and responds with giggles and loud screams.

Hungry Baby

She is looking forward to starting solid foods and follows our every bite.

Daddy's Girl

Madolyn is definitely a daddy's girl and lights up everytime he comes home from work.

Baby Madolyn

Madolyn is almost six months old. We love having her as part of our family.

Finally...A Blog!

We just started a blog. Now our friends and family can see what's going on with the Petersons. Here we go!
