One more for fun

Here is one more pic that I found. Grandpa Peterson took it with his phone back in April. The girls love playing at Grandpa and Grandma Peterson's house. Planting the Garden- May 2011

I think these are the last of the update pictures through May of this year. I have been trying to get us caught up on this blog so you will notice that there are about four or so other posts that I have just put up before this one. In this last post Madolyn and Avery helped Daddy plant the garden and they loved it. Madolyn is such a good helper and while it takes a bit longer for a three year old to plant every seed she does a good job. Avery loves playing in the dirt and putting it in her mouth as well which I do not love. But I do think she is doing better because I haven't had to wash dirt off her face and mouth for a couple of days.

Mother's Day May 8th 2011

Well, this may not be the best picture of me, I somehow still look half asleep even though I have little girls climbing on me but they along with my wonderful hubby took care of me and made a Happy Mother's Day for me:)

He is sooo excited for Mother's Day he just can't contain it.

Jordan's Graduation May 6th 2011

Yay! In May Jordan graduated with his MBA (Masters in Business Administration) from Utah State University! I don't know if I was more excited or if he was, but we are both happy to have it done. He started in September of 2009 with classes every Friday from 6-10p.m. and Saturday from 8a.m.-12pm. He had homework, studying, and group projects during the weekday evenings all the while working full-time during the day so he has been one busy boy, so maybe he is more excited to be done:) The little girls and I are sure excited for him though (probably more excited to get to see him more often now). Anyhow, we're sure proud of our Daddy!

Grandma Yee came to visit during Aunt Kristin's birthday

Aunt Kristin celebrated the exciting 30 this year, Happy Birthday Kristin!

Because Jordan was about finished with school he was able to start a new job at the beginning of May, he is now an International Accounting Manager at XANGO and he loves it! In his welcoming package they gave him this gigantic, delicious chocolate bar with their name on it.

Madolyn thinks that her toy BBQ tongs are actually mommy's hair flat iron so she will "straighten" Avery's hair with them. The funny thing is Avery will just stand there and say owie every time Madolyn pulls a section of hair, but she doesn't leave she just stands there and lets her do it.

Easter 2011

For Easter this year we decorated eggs and had an Easter egg hunt at Grandma and Grandpa Peterson's house. We don't have the pictures from the hunt but here are some of Madolyn decorating eggs as well as the girls in their Easter dresses.
