In October we went to Disneyland with Dawn's family for a family vacation. Due to credit card points and Avery still being under two and not needing an airplane ticket, we decided to fly. That sure made it nice. We had a great time. We spent a day at Disneyland, a day at the beach, and then finished up with another day at Disneyland. The little girls are the perfect age to enjoy Disneyland.
Here's a family picture of us at the beach. The fog rolled but that didn't slow us down. The little girls loved running in the surf and racing the waves.

When you are little you can find a seat anywhere.
Screamin' California

We found Sully over at the Monsters Inc. ride. Madolyn went right up to him and gave him a hug. She is shy around people she knows, but an 8 foot blue monster? Hug time!
This was ideal as far as seeing Princesses went. Sleeping Beauty? Check. Cinderella? Check. Snow White? Check. We also saw the Little Mermaid, Belle, and Mulan milling around. They have a little Princess dance thing where the Princesses come out and teach the little girls a dance. Madolyn loved watching them dance, and danced a little as well. Most importantly, she saw the Princesses!

Pretty much any car we came upon was worth sitting in and driving for a minute. Toon town had a ton.
Halloween was well decorated for. The girls found this giant pumpkin fun to play on, or in.

Had to visit this guy to validate our trip.

Madolyn was an adrenaline junkie. She went on all the rides she was tall enough for. Thunder Mountain? Check. Tower of Terror? Check. She is a trooper.
The seagulls weren't safe when Madolyn was on the prowl. She loved chasing them on the beach.

This is how we ended every day at the park; with little girls that were absolutely exhausted and dead to the world.
Of all the rides we went on, Madolyn loved the carousel the most. We must have ridden it a dozen times.

That is a little girl that loves her Daddy.
While Avery snoozed we snuck in line to see Pooh.
Tigger was there too. Madolyn got hugs from both of them.

The teacups make Dawn and I sick, but Grandma Yee loves them so Madolyn went with her. They had a good time.

My girls in pink.

Gotta look cool if we're in Cali.
