Well we were able to get away for a few days for our anniversary this year. Grandma Yee came and watched our two littlest ones while Madolyn headed to Washington with Grandpa and Grandma Peterson for cousin Tanner's baptism.
We drove down to Zion's and did some hiking which was fun. It was nice to not have to worry about schedules for the kiddles which made it more flexible. We would do a hike, eat, drive, hike, pull over and take a nap and do whatever and wear ourselves out each day. One of our hikes included Angel's Landing which I was a little nervous to do because i'm not fond of being too high and walking along ledges with very big drop offs. Well we did it anyway and it was actually better than I thought it would be, so not as scary as I anticipated and it had some lovely views. Here are some pics of our exciting trip.
