I bought some wood and built myself some garden boxes for my birthday. It has been really cold lately, but it was warm enough to get our cold weather veggies in like peas, onions, carrots, parsnips, broccoli, cabbage, swiss chard, and lettuce. The girls and I set out one evening to get them planted.
I would dig a little hole with my finger, and the girls would put the seed in it. They loved to put the little seeds to sleep in their beds and then cover them with dirt so they could sleep.
